- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
- Advise senior management on HR-related issues and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Utilize HRIS and other technology solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CHRP) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Kenya.
- Strong understanding of talent management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing and developing HR teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a remote setting.
- Experience with organizational development and change management is a plus.
