- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum development, with a strong focus on online or e-learning environments.
- Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Experience in creating multimedia learning assets (video, audio, graphics).
