Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of successful brand growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools.
- A passion for the food and beverage industry, particularly in dairy products.
