- Ensure all technical activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on technical expertise and diagnostics.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, chassis, and infotainment.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools, scan tools, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
- Experience with automotive software and diagnostic platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience in technical writing and documentation creation.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, SAE).
- Knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) or hybrid technology is a strong plus.
