- Ensure all automation projects comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Optimize automated processes for efficiency, throughput, and quality.
- Manage automation projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and timeline management.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to select and procure automation hardware and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation engineering.
- Proficiency in programming various PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Experience with robotic programming (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols used in industrial automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
