- Monitor crop development and provide timely interventions and recommendations.

- Assist farmers in selecting appropriate crop varieties and seeds.
- Maintain detailed records of consultations, recommendations, and farm performance data.
- Contribute to the development of new advisory services and digital tools.

- Master's degree or PhD in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Plant Pathology, or a related agricultural science field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in agronomy, preferably with experience in direct farmer consultation.
- Strong knowledge of crop physiology, soil fertility, pest and disease management, and sustainable agriculture.
- Proficiency in using farm management software, GIS tools, and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs or educational content.
- Familiarity with diverse agricultural systems and challenges.
- A passion for helping farmers improve their livelihoods and adopt sustainable practices.
- Ability to interpret and utilize data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
