- Promote the adoption of climate-smart agriculture techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, Plant Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agronomy or crop management.
- Strong knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, and crop production systems.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretation in an agricultural context.
- Familiarity with common agricultural pests and diseases and their management.
- Understanding of soil testing procedures and fertilizer recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant agricultural software and tools.
