- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on AI ethics and responsible innovation.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field with a specialization in AI ethics or governance.
- Minimum of 8 years of research experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or related areas.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML concepts and their ethical implications.
- Proven experience in developing policy recommendations and governance structures.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience in leading research projects and mentoring junior staff.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
- Publications in reputable journals or conferences are highly valued.
- Familiarity with international AI policy discussions and frameworks.
