Resposibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

- Maintain consistent contact with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Support lead generation campaigns across technology, advertising, and industrial solutions portfolios.

- Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, industry shifts, and new growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor strategies, pricing models, and service offerings to position subsidiaries as leading players.
- Translate market insights into actionable business development strategies and client recommendations.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Understand client needs across different industries and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for Business Development Team or Account Executives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and repeat clients.
- Maintain professional client communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Contribute to excellent customer experiences by aligning client needs with internal capabilities.
- CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho CRM for all outreach and conversion activities.
- Monitor sales metrics such as lead quality, conversion rate, and call efficiency.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Use CRM insights to recommend improvements to outreach strategy and lead management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign follow-ups and event-based lead nurturing.
- Participate in strategic planning to shape business growth initiatives and market entry strategies.
- Collaborate with product, technical, and creative teams to ensure accurate information and service delivery.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to inform sales playbooks, proposals and campaign design.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
Skills And Competencies
- 4–6 years' experience in tele-sales, account management, or business development, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
- Proven record of identifying opportunities, closing deals, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of digital marketing, media, and integrated advertising or technology-driven solutions.
