Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Volunteer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Volunteer will be responsible for monitoring various systems and projects, evaluating their performance and effectiveness, and sharing insights and learnings to optimize outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, performing data analysis, preparing reports, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure the success of the foundation's programs.
Qualifications
- System Monitoring and Analytical skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Research skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in report writing and data presentation
- Experience in the non-profit or development sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, or Social Sciences

Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media platforms, and developing engaging content. Daily tasks include developing content strategies, writing posts, and ensuring that content aligns with the foundation's goals and audience. The Social Media Manager will also monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to increase engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Ability to develop effective Content Strategies
- Proficiency with social media platforms and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for social causes and community engagement
- Experience in non-profit sector is a plus
