Triple Aim Care Limited is a health tech firm committed to improving access to healthcare services in Kenya. Our platform connects doctors, pharmacies, laboratories, and patients to offer seamless healthcare experiences, including virtual and in-person consultations, online pharmacy services, lab tests, and remote patient monitoring.
Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and engagement for our healthcare platforms. You will create and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies to attract new customers, including patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and laboratories, to sign up for our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers (patients, doctors, pharmacies, laboratories).
- Proactively reach out to potential partners and customers through calls, emails, and meetings to drive sign-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and laboratories.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Create and optimize online content (social media posts, blogs, video content) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Traditional Marketing:
- Organize offline marketing campaigns such as events, workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs to raise awareness of the platform.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, posters) for in-person promotions.
- Collaborate with local community organizations, churches, and schools to extend platform reach.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Identify target markets and generate leads using both online and offline methods.
- Convert leads into active users on the platform through persuasive and effective communication.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online advertising.
- Experience in organizing traditional marketing activities (events, seminars, community outreach).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Kenyan healthcare landscape is a plus.
- A medical background is an added advantage
