Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Assistant, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Graduate Assistant will support various projects, assist with business management tasks, and contribute to engineering project management. Day-to-day tasks include data analysis, report generation, coordinating with team members, and assisting in project planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Data analysis and report generation skills
- Experience in business management and project planning
- Ability to coordinate with various teams and project stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in engineering project management is a plus
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in civil, property or construction engineering roles, including design, site supervision or project management
- Proven track record of working remotely on multiple projects, coordinating deliverables with clients, architects and contractors
- Excellent written and spoken English for clear report writing and client presentations
- Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
