Managing Existing Customer Accounts
Developing additional business opportunities in the assigned accounts
Developing new targeted accounts
Managing complete sales cycle right from prospecting, relationship management up to payment collections
Working on the sales target and reporting on quarterly basis to attain the sales target
To manage relationship between customer and the company
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
Help customers solve difficult business challenges by aligning our value proposition with their business objectives.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Primary skills
Experience with bare metal server deployment, configuration, and management, including understanding of hardware components and their interaction.
Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift and/or Kubernetes clusters, including application deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure management tasks.
Monitor infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
Linux and KVM installation and troubleshooting skills (should be able to manage LVM and file systems on Linux)
Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, collaborating with other teams as needed.
Good to have understanding of storage solutions, server hardware, bare metal deployments, SAN switches. The ideal candidate have good understanding on Infrastructure components like Server, BareMetal, SAN, Storage, Network, Virtualization understanding and knowledge and should be an expert in Containerization like Kubernetes and OpenShift technologies
