About The Role
The Customer Service Supervisor role holder is a dynamic and results-driven individual. He /she is a key contributor to the customer service department. The role holder will be responsible for leading a team of retention representatives to ensure the effective implementation of customer retention strategies. The primary focus of this role is to minimize customer churn, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and collaborative environment through guidance, support, and coaching.
- Set and monitor performance targets for the team and individual members, implementing improvement plans as necessary to ensure goal attainment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing the resolution of issues and escalations, and analyzing interactions for improvement opportunities.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

About The Role
A BI Analyst serves as the central point of expertise for business intelligence within our organization, acting as the go-to resource for PowerBI-driven reporting and analytics. This role leverages deep PowerBI proficiency to accelerate dashboard development, ensure data integrity, and drive actionable insights with a mastery of PowerBI, ready to deliver immediate value through expert-level dashboard development and analytics. Responsibilities

About The Role
The Partnership Senior Associate for Maarifa will be responsible for creating, building, and nurturing relationships with outgrowers. This role is essential for driving the growth of the Maarifa platform by securing partnerships and ensuring the product is developed with direct input from the farmers it serves. Reporting to the Telesales Team Lead, the Telesales Agent will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products offered by SunCulture. About The Role
This role requires diagnosing and addressing after sale issues that come from the field as well as implementing QA/QC
measures to prevent after sales. The role requires you to be at the forefront of ensuring SunCulture products serve the client
at the optimum and in case of an aftersale ensure the best solutions are provided to the customer within the shortest time
possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure diagnosis and repair of all products and their accessories sent from the field and ensuring daily collection and transportation of all repaired items back to customers.
- Evaluate all products returned as a result of an aftersale issue are within Warranty and if not advise the customer on the cost of repair.
- Troubleshoot products both remotely and onsite to confirm if the product problem is a technical error or user error.
- Identify solutions to resolve technical product design problems and escalate complex product issues
- Research and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to better troubleshoot all aftersale issues reported.
- Complete quality assurance inspections, documenting corrective actions and ensure adequate amounts of quality certified products are ready for dispatch to customers
- Set standards operation procedure for all product QA/QC, troubleshooting and repairs and ensure adherence.
- Ensure proper communication, ticketing, and documentation of all aftersale issues
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly aftersale reports highlighting issues/ product default issues that need to be addressed from the manufacturer's end.
- Perform all aftersale product-related tasks assigned from time to time
Team Coordination
Collaborate closely with the aftersale engineering and call center teams to resolve all technical issues
- Support the provision of training to the field technical teams on how to identify and resolve repair issues
- Support the provision of training to field technical teams on how to instruct customers about process, usage, and maintenance.
- Manage and resolve all aftersale issues within TAT of 48hrs from when product is received for repair
- Develop positive and professional relationships with channel partners and service providers
- Develop knowledge of all solar products and systems designed by SunCulture
Risk Management
- Be proactive in identifying all product risks based on the aftersale issues reported daily.
- Ensure the team is operating at full capacity to reduce aftersale issues and ask for extra manpower when needed to avoid burnout of team members.
- Communicate and mitigate any risk factors that are encountered with the team while at work

About The Role
SunCulture specializes in solar power irrigation systems and has various products that support customers' needs. The Head of Product will lead our product managers in developing and commercializing life changing technology that solves the biggest daily challenges for the world's 570 million smallholder farming households.
We're looking for a visionary Head of Product Marketing to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product portfolio and making a positive impact in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Lead the Product Marketing Function - Establish and grow a high-performing Product Marketing team within the Global Product org — covering positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and customer insight.
- Craft Clear, Scalable Messaging - Define differentiated messaging frameworks that articulate the value of our complex portfolio — from solar-powered hardware to inclusive financial and insurance products.
- Lead Global Go-to-Market Execution - Own the strategy and orchestration of product launches across markets, coordinating with Product, Commercial, and Op Co teams to ensure successful rollouts and adoption.
- Develop Deep Market and Customer Understanding - Build scalable data driven persona models, segment insights, and competitive landscapes — ensuring that GTM and product decisions are grounded in customer reality.
- Enable Sales and Local Execution - Create sales product playbooks, pitch decks, and training materials. Partner with Op Cos to localize and deliver these assets effectively.
- Drive Product Adoption and Engagement - Partner with Sales, Growth and CX to design lifecycle programs that drive usage, retention, and upsell across our blended product offerings. Measure everything.
- Create a Feedback Loop Between Market and Product - Ensure a tight and structured feedback from customers, partners, and frontline teams informs roadmap and messaging evolution.
Does this sound like you?
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including leadership roles in a growth-stage companies
- Experience in multi-product environments — ideally with combinations of hardware, fintech, insurance, and/or services.
- Proven success leading global or regional GTM in complex, cross-functional organizations in Sub Saharan Africa
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker who will navigate ambiguity and simplify complexity.
- Comfortable working across cultural and operational contexts — especially in Sub Saharan Africa

In March 2025, SunCulture partnered with TechnoServe — a non-profit economic development organization operating in 29 countries — to design a Technical Assistance (TA) package aimed at enhancing the performance of SunCulture's rural agent salesforce (Field Sales Agents, or FSAs). The goal: to accelerate growth, improve profitability, and deepen impact among smallholder farmers (SHFs).
Additional Technical Assistance is now needed to refine and operationalize this approach specifically, to develop all required training tools and build the capacity of Regional Training Officers (RTOs) and Sales Team Leads (STLs).
About The Role
The Curriculum and Training Advisor will support SunCulture in designing and improving training content and materials for FSAs, while also upskilling RTOs and linked STLs/FSAs. The Consultant will report jointly to SunCulture's Head of People & Culture and TechnoServe's Inclusive Business Director for Delivery. Responsible for day-to-day project management, maintaining a close working relationship with TechnoServe, and ensuring close coordination with SunCulture Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project set up and management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Technical Assistance delivery.
- Develop a project work plan covering all deliverables.
- Establish weekly check-ins with SunCulture and Technoserve team members to ensure activities are on track.
- Support Technoserve in managing and developing content for Steering Committee meetings with SunCulture senior management and partner investors.
Field Sales Agent Recruitment
- Develop a structured candidate assessment approach to improve recruitment quality.
- Partner with SunCulture's software provider to design and implement a digital pre-screening process that evaluates candidates' product knowledge and motivation, leveraging testimonials and real-life examples to effectively communicate the role's value proposition.
- Review materials used during open recruitment days.
- Create an interview framework and evaluation sheet to standardize candidate evaluations.
Training and Onboarding
- Develop structured agendas and role-playing formats for practical training modules.
- Compile theoretical training materials into a clear, accessible format.
- Establish a standardized testing format to assess Field Sales Agent progress.
- Design a digital learning schedule, including content and quizzes, used to reinforce learning over the first 3 months.
- Enhance training materials to equip Field Sales Agents with the skills to identify suitable farmers, farms, and crops for solar irrigation, assess the needs of diverse farmer segments, and effectively communicate SunCulture's value proposition to smallholder farmers.
Field Sales Agent Playbook
- Coordinate with the Pilot Manager, TechnoServe and other SunCulture stakeholders, to gather and incorporate feedback from the field.
- Define and document a structured daily and weekly workplan for Field Sales Agents, ensuring alignment with performance goals and field realities.
Regional Training Officer Upskilling
- Facilitate "Train-the-Trainer" sessions to enhance Regional Training Officers' facilitation and coaching skills.
- Deliver joint group training sessions with Sales Team Leads and Field Sales Agents to model best practices and collect field feedback.
- Share effective techniques for communicating core sales principles, and continuously refine the structure of weekly Regional Training Officer check-ins and coaching sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with at least five years of business or project management in a similar context.
- Advanced degree in business management or other relevant field preferred.
- Expertise in conducting train-the-trainer sessions required.
- Experience supporting organisations or sales agents adopt productivity improvement techniques preferred.

About The Role
The Project Manager for Maarifa will play a leading role in the planning and execution of the Maarifa initiative. Reporting to the Director of Innovation, this position is crucial for the successful development, launch, and scaling of SunCulture's data platform.
