Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting sales presentations, managing customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service. They will also collaborate with the training team to understand the products and services offered and to effectively communicate these to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and client education
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with the
L&D industry
