Job Description
Responsibilities
:
- Proactively seek, evaluate, negotiate and sign new partners to continuously expand the breadth and depth of channel coverage.
- Establish strategic partnerships with large shopping malls, chain gas stations, chain supermarkets and power retailers.
- Provide comprehensive product, technical and sales training to partners to enhance their sales and service capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute localized marketing activities, incentive programs and support projects.
- Be responsible for achieving the region's set sales revenue, market share and profit targets.
- Manage sales channels and accurately conduct sales forecasts.
- Handle complex business negotiations and contract signing processes.
- Collect and analyze local market intelligence, competitor dynamics and customer feedback.
- Effectively feed back first-line market information to the headquarters' product, marketing and solution teams, influencing product iterations and strategic decisions.
- Establish cooperative relationships with potential power grid companies, aggregators (Aggregators), etc.
Qualifications
:
- Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business, electrical engineering or related fields is preferred.
- More than 5 years of working experience in business, technology and management in Africa.
Required Skills
:
- Possess mature resources and a network of contacts in the fields of photovoltaic, energy storage systems, charging piles and new energy vehicles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building trust with partners from different cultural backgrounds.
- Strong self-motivation, result-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of finance and law, capable of managing contracts and commercial terms.
- Language requirements: Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of conducting business negotiations, Fluency in French is preferred.
