Key Responsibilities
System Analysis
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Support system design, testing, and implementation efforts
- Analyze workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments
- Maintain system documentation and user guides
- Develop and maintain small utilities, scripts, or basic API integrations
(e.g., using Python or JavaScript) to automate client data tasks or internal tooling.
- Collaborate directly with the development team to triage and provide technical context for bug reports.
- Write and execute basic
SQL queries
to support reporting, data analysis, and small-scale data fixes or migrations.
Customer Success
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers

during client onboarding, guiding them through system setup and configuration.
- Help onboard new clients and guide them through system setup
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Collect user feedback and translate it into actionable system enhancements
