Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients,
- Engage with customers to conduct thorough discovery sessions, analyzing business
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof-of concept sessions. Collaborate with technical architects, engineers, and account executives to craft detailed proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closure, including pipeline development, qualification, opportunity management, contract negotiation, and handover to post-sales delivery teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 features, licensing models, and roadmap. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position Microsoft 365 effectively in the market.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer success teams to develop go-to market strategies, sales collateral, and training materials. Share best practices and insights across the organization to elevate overall sales performance. Continuous
- Pursuing ongoing training and certifications related to Microsoft 365, cloud productivity, and solution selling, ensuring a high level of expertise and credibility in all customer engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2-5 years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or solution specialist role— preferably within cloud productivity, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Microsoft security and compliance ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to run workshops, lead discovery sessions, and conduct technical demonstrations (remote and onsite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with decision(1)makers at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in proposal writing, RFP response, and solution documentation.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technology solutions environment.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience
- Sales experience with other Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Dynamics 365) is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO and how Microsoft 365 addresses compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and strategies for driving user adoption.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Multilingual capabilities and comfort working in cross-cultural teams are an added advantage.
Timing
The role is full time on basis 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
