We are looking for an enthusiastic mature worker, honest, hardworking and self driven male to Manage an agricultural farm.
Duties
Plan the farm work
Hire and supervise the workers
Ensure prompt crop management - weeding, pruning and spraying of fruits,
Organise for worker training
Market produce on a timely basis
Keep up to date records
Ensure profitability
Review farm progress and provide periodic reports
Advise on expansion strategies
The manager to be of high integrity and honest.
