Role Description
Retizen is seeking a motivated and versatile General Intern to join our team. Retizen empowers young people and women to become leaders and agents of positive change.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience supporting a variety of projects and initiatives, providing a diverse skill development opportunity.
What You'll Do:
Admin Support:
Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and documents
- Maintain office operations and vendor relations
- Handle financial paperwork and filing systems
2.Program & Training:
- Lead civic and leadership training for youth
- Support field events and community initiatives
Represent Retizen with passion and professionalism
Data & Reporting:
Compile and analyze field data across all pillars
- Generate accurate and timely reports
- Ensure accuracy in databases and software
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma (Associate/Bachelor's preferred)
- 1–2 years of admin + field experience
- Passion for youth empowerment
- Proficiency in M
icrosoft Office Suite
and strong multitasking skills - Experience training youth groups
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Role Description
Retizen is seeking a motivated and versatile IT Officer to join our team. Retizen empowers young people and women to become leaders and agents of positive change.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience supporting a variety of projects and initiatives, providing a diverse skill development opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and maintain Retizen's website and ensure smooth functionality.
- Support IT infrastructure and provide technical troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain mobile and web applications, including creating an Android version of our existing app and ensuring it integrates well across platforms.
- Provide training and IT support for the team.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or strong portfolio).
- 1–2 years' experience in IT/web development.
- Strong WordPress skills (including hosting and plugin management).
- Mobile/web app development experience (Android; bonus for iOS).
- Database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for youth empowerment and field engagement.
