Role Purpose:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Internal Auditor
to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of financial records, operational processes, and compliance with internal and external regulations. The Internal Auditor will provide independent and objective evaluations of the company's operations, helping to improve risk management, control, and governance processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Timely completion of the annual audit plan.
· Percentage of audit findings resolved within the stipulated timeline.
· Reduction in risk exposure through improved controls.
· Efficiency in inventory and operational processes post-audit recommendations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA) are required.
· Proven (3+ years) of internal audit experience, preferably in a reputable audit firm, manufacturing and FMCG industries
Skills
· Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
· Proficiency in financial systems and audit tools.

Job Summary
To lead and manage sales and distribution activities across the East Africa market, driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction while ensuring effective execution of the company's sales strategy.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies and distribution plans across East Africa.
· Manage and grow key customer accounts, distributors, and partners within the region.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
· Ensure effective execution of trade marketing and promotional activities to drive brand visibility.
· Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to management.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies.
Academic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree is an added advantage).

Relevant Experience
