Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media accounts, creating and implementing content strategies, overseeing social media optimization (SMO), and writing engaging content. The role includes monitoring social media trends, analyzing engagement data, and ensuring that social media efforts align with the company's marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
