About The Role
Our passionate development team manages a range of web and mobile solutions to support our field operations, from registering millions of farmers and their orders, optimizing delivery truck loads and routes, tracking deliveries, collecting mobile payments, analyzing loan repayments.

Our technologies include C#, NodeJS, CouchBase, Python, Docker/Kubernetes, and our tooling landscape includes GitHub, JIRA, Slack, Azure DevOps.

You will report to the DevOps manager.

Responsibilities

  • You will work with a team of about 5 engineers
  • Operate a dozen applications our farmers depend on, making up ~200 containers
  • Manage and automate our cloud infrastructure based on Kubernetes / Azure / Elasticsearch
  • Manage a set of tools to support a smooth development cycle from commit to deployment
  • Help shape our architecture decisions

Qualifications

About The Role
The Tupande Market Access Associate is an essential part of the Kenya Tupande team and part of one of the largest social enterprises in Africa. Our culture code guides us in how we seek to achieve this vision.

As the Market Access Associate, you will work with the Kenya Market Access team to lead innovation, growth and continuous improvement across markets to maximize impact for smallholder farmers and value for Tupande. You will lead a section of the Market Access team directly managing 2-3 staff members, and reporting to the Market Access Manager.

This is a remote position based in Nairobi, Kenya with field travel required.

Responsibilities

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to lead our internal audit activities in Kenya. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in internal audit, and team leadership, preferably within a processing, retail, or multi-location environment.

You will lead a country-based audit team, setting and delivering audit plans, identifying and mitigating risks, whilst being a trusted partner to both local leadership. This is a central role requiring collaboration with country leadership and other partners.

Consultancy Background

One Acre Fund is seeking an experienced illustrator to develop and refine farmer-facing visuals to support promotion and training on 2-3 agricultural topics. The consultant will work closely with the global design team, Human-Centered Design (HCD) teams, and technical experts to design, test, and revise illustrations that are both technically accurate and easily usable by farmers.

Scope of Work

  1. Development of New Illustrations
  2. For practices where no visual materials exist, create technical illustrations that depict agricultural practices (following One Acre Fund's brand guidelines).

About The Role
You will ensure that the products are processed as per the customer requirements in fulfilled set timelines according to local/international food safety requirements. You will be part of Tupande Soko and will report directly to Market Access Associate. This role is based in Ruiru at Tupande Dried Fruit Factory and is on site.

About The Role
As Manager Development Lead, you will design and deliver training programs that support the growth of ~400 mid-level managers across Africa. You will report to the Global L&D Lead and collaborate with a team of associates, specialists, and coordinators. Your work will directly shape One Acre Fund's leadership pipeline and our path to serving 10 million farmers by 2030.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver a high volume of manager trainings, from onboarding to bootcamps, workshops, and spot coaching, ensuring programs are practical, engaging, and directly strengthen the quality of management across multiple teams and countries.
  • Design and refine a data-driven training strategy by using manager surveys, performance reviews, and participant feedback to identify gaps, adapt content, and demonstrate measurable improvements in management performance over time.

About The Role
We are seeking a strategy and project management professional with experience in project top-tier consulting or similar execution-focused roles to implement and scale Tupande's gender and youth agenda.

This is not a research or policy role. It is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that requires driving cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring measurable outcomes in the field.

Reporting
