We are the principal partner of the Women in Law Awards, and our brand is recognised for championing equality, professionalism, and innovation in the legal recruitment industry.
We are expanding our global marketing team and are looking for a talented, detail-driven Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator based in Kenya to support NROL's events, digital marketing, podcasts, and SEO efforts.
The Role
You will play a key role in managing and growing NROL's online presence through creative content, social media campaigns, and podcast production.
Working closely with the CEO and our marketing team in the Philippines, you'll be responsible for coordinating campaigns, editing podcast episodes, optimising content for SEO, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's confident working remotely, highly organised, and eager to contribute ideas that build a premium brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Marketing & Content
Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Write and edit posts, captions, and blog articles aligned with NROL's brand tone (professional yet human).
Support design production in Canva or Adobe (graphics, short videos, and event promos).
Create marketing content for campaigns, email newsletters, and thought leadership.
-Podcast & Video Management
Manage the end-to-end podcast process (audio editing, show notes, scheduling, uploads).
Edit and repurpose podcast clips for social media.
Coordinate guests and maintain content calendars.
-SEO & Analytics
Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO.
Track website and social media analytics, providing regular reports and insights.
Suggest ways to improve organic reach, engagement, and search performance.
-Collaboration & Admin
Work directly with the CEO on content ideas, brand initiatives, and event promotion.
Collaborate with NROL's offshore marketing team (Philippines) on social scheduling and execution.
Manage content databases, podcast archives, and marketing assets.
-About You
You have:
Exceptional written and spoken English (fluent, polished, and professional).
3+ years' experience in digital marketing, content creation, or communications.
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram for business.
Skills in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar), analytics, and keyword research.
Experience with podcast editing tools (Audacity, Descript, or Adobe Audition).
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and creative flair.
-Bonus if you have:
Graphic design experience (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience working with professional service or recruitment brands.
Comfortable working across time zones and with a remote team.
