Role Description
We're hiring a
visionary Creative Designer
to lead and elevate the creative direction of our digital and print outputs. This is not a junior role. You'll take full ownership of
design strategy and execution
across brand identities, packaging, billboards, websites, campaigns, and motion content etc. We want a
senior creative (5+ years experience)
with strong taste, sharp design instincts, and the leadership mindset to deliver world-class creative for both
internal projects and client brands
.
What You'll Be Doing
• Lead all branding, design, packaging, and visual storytelling projects
• Develop creative concepts and campaign directions with the marketing team
• Design and review visual assets: brand manuals, packaging, signage, social media, digital ads, and website UI
• Lead client presentations and pitch visual directions clearly and persuasively
• Maintain high design standards while managing multiple timelines
Qualifications
- Creative Design, Graphic Design, and Graphics skills
- Experience in Branding and developing visual brand identity
- Proficiency in design software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or brand-led creative role
- Proven track record leading design across digital and print
- Portfolio showing brand, creative designs and concepts, packaging, UI, and campaign work
- Strong communication, leadership, and concept development skills
- Confident in giving and receiving constructive feedback
Bonus Points
• Photography or videography direction experience
• Experience in brand strategy workshops or positioning sessions
• Hands-on with Figma, WordPress, and Canva for fast delivery

Role Description
We are seeking a
strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist
to lead our marketing initiatives. You will play a dual role: driving
Nisc Cloud's internal brand and growth strategy
while also
supporting our clients with cutting-edge marketing campaigns
that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing Strategy
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Nisc Cloud and client brands, aligning with business objectives. - Brand Positioning & Storytelling
– Build and maintain a strong, differentiated brand identity across all platforms. - Digital Advertising
– Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
. - SEO & Content Marketing
– Drive organic traffic through SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and content planning. - Above-the-Line (ATL) Marketing
– Manage campaigns across
radio, TV, billboards, and offline activations
for brand visibility. - Social Media & Community Management
– Oversee content calendars, manage posting, and drive audience engagement across social platforms. - Performance Tracking & Reporting
– Set up analytics, monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement), and provide actionable insights. - Collaboration
– Work closely with
creative designers, videographers, and the sales team
to deliver integrated campaigns. - Lead Generation
– Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads. - Reputation Management
– Monitor and enhance online brand presence across search, social, and review platforms - Marketing Operations
– Manage budgets, campaign timelines, and ensure smooth execution of both internal and client-facing initiatives. - Market Intelligence & Innovation
– Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and introduce new strategies, channels, or technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience
in 360 digital marketing and brand strategy. - Strong expertise in
SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta advertising
. - Experience in Above the Line (ATL)
marketing campaigns
(media buying, OOH). - Solid understanding of
marketing strategy,
brand positioning, brand strategy and go-to-market strategy
. - Strong analytical and reporting skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
