- Leading and growing a team of high potential and extremely talented Neaters
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
- Taking ownership of the region P&L, budgets and headcount planning
- Driving continued growth for Neat, by identifying new customers in the region
- Levering your network in the region to uncover new business, attending events and acting as an ambassador for Neat.
- Keeping updated of market trends, understanding competitor landscape and opportunities.
- Acting as a trusted colleague within your team, providing mentorship and coaching.
- Defining, designing and iterating our sales processes, ensuring Neat is ready for the next stage of our hyper-growth

We are seeking a creative, competent 360 Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty team of AMER marketers. This role will primarily focus on developing and implementing strategies to strengthen Neat's brand presence and drive demand within the US region.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for growth – both personal and for the company. They will be a marketing strategist who is willing to take on a variety of projects simultaneously. We are seeking someone who can inspire creativity and enthusiasm in others.
Responsibilities Include
- Act as a trusted colleague within our team and to our cross-functional stakeholders, providing guidance, ideas, and executing commitments
- Support our channel partners with the creation and execution of marketing programs, including budget management and ROI assessments
- Manage end-to-end in-person event experiences, including venue selection, vendor management, onsite coordination, and cross-functional communication
- Manage regional tradeshows, including contract review, booth selection, booth configuration, attire, staffing, onsite meeting schedule, lead handling process, and cross-functional communication
- Work closely with marketing ops to ensure lead uploads, routing, follow-up, and tracking
- Work closely with the BDR team to ensure our post-event communications are hitting the mark, evaluate metrics, and make recommendations for optimization
- Craft emails for pre- and post-show event communications to be sent by marketing, business development, and sales
- Locate, evaluate, and make recommendations of regional events that Neat should be participating in
- Monitor and report on the marketing effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives

Your Experience
- Proven Marketing Manager with a minimum of 8 years' experience
- Comfortable with Salesforce and tracking campaign metrics
- Event management and tradeshow experience
- You are familiar with and have worked in a two-tier distribution model
- Familiarity with email marketing and comfortable writing email content
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- BS/BA in business administration (optional), marketing, communications or relevant field experience
- Experience or passion to work in a scale-up organization
- Ability to travel anywhere in the US between 1 – 2 times a month

- Deep technical fluency in videoconferencing, enterprise networking, telephony, and AV technologies.
- Demonstrable success in creating and implementing support strategies, policies, and workflows that balance customer satisfaction with business needs.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve product quality and supportability.
- Exceptional presentation skills - comfortable leading customer meetings, partner training sessions, and internal strategy reviews.
- Hands-on experience with modern support and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Netsuite, Salesforce, Jira).
