We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Senior Accountant
to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide management with timely financial insights for decision-making.
- Accounting & Controls
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Track performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions.
- Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, PAYE, corporate tax, etc.) in compliance with KRA requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank relationships, and optimize working capital.
- Support fundraising and investor reporting as required.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise junior accountants and finance staff.
- Provide mentorship and training to ensure best accounting practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA (K) / ACCA qualification desired.
- Minimum
5–7 years
of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role (preferably in real estate, construction, or investment sectors). - Strong knowledge of IFRS and Kenyan tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or ERP systems).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.

with entry levels from as low as KES 2 million.
We are seeking persuasive and results-driven
Real Estate Investment Specialists
to join our team. The role is dedicated to attracting, advising, and securing investors into shopping centre ownership opportunities designed to deliver
high rental yields, consistent cash flow, and long-term capital appreciation.
This position demands strong market research, tailored investment advisory, and excellent relationship management skills to guide investors from interest to committed ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Sourcing & Conversion
– Prospect, engage, and secure a minimum of
5 new shopping centre investors per month
who sign contracts and make an initial investment.
- Investment Advisory
– Assess investor goals, funding capacity, and timelines, then recommend shopping centre opportunities aligned with their income and wealth objectives.
- Market Research & Insights
– Track retail real estate trends, rental yield performance, and capital growth potential within shopping centres; translate findings into
compelling investor pitches.
- Financing Solutions
– Present accessible financing options (e.g. joint ownership, structured payments) to make shopping centre investments achievable.
- Relationship Management
– Maintain long-term relationships with investors, offering regular updates on shopping centre performance, rental yields, and new opportunities.
- Innovative Structuring
– Develop tailored solutions for different investor categories, including diaspora clients, SMEs, institutions, and family offices.
- Communication & Presentation
– Deliver impactful shopping centre investment presentations at forums, events, and private meetings.

- Ability to simplify shopping centre investment concepts for a wide investor base.
- Strong persuasion and storytelling skills that build confidence and trust.

- Minimum Requirement:
