MCEA Sub Teacher Contract. Permanent substitute teachers will be guaranteed work for a full day for every planned student school day. Substitutes in these positions will be treated as if they were "long-term >45 days in single assignment" substitutes in all respects, in alignment with MCEA contract. Payrates are: Certificated: $35.84/hour, Non Certificated: $1.86/hour, Non Certificated w/Bachelor's degree: 33.77/hour. The full day is 7.5hrs, 7hrs of paid sub work +30 min duty free lunch.

Coordinates across all three departments (Department of Planning and Construction, Department of Facility Operations, and Department of Facility Maintenance) within the division to ensure consistent messaging and engagement practices. Supervises the production of all publications for the Division such as the Comprehensive Maintenance Plan (CMP) and Sustainability Plan. Develops streamlined communication processes such as providing timely updates on work orders to both the school and community and ensuring webpages are updated across DFM with relevant updates in a timely manner. Represents the division at public-facing events such as community forums, cluster meetings, Board of Education meetings, and other construction or facility related public meetings supporting project managers and DFM leadership.
