Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Driver based in Nairobi. The Driver will be responsible for operating a truck, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, managing load and unload processes, maintaining accurate delivery records, and adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. The Driver will also interact with customers to provide excellent service and address any delivery inquiries or issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Truck Driving and handling a Truck
- Possession of a valid CDL Class A license
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Nairobi area and local routes is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
