Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work from home accepted. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for personal assistance tasks, executive administrative assistance, managing communication, maintaining diaries, and clerical duties. Day-to-day activities include scheduling appointments, handling confidential information, managing correspondence, and supporting executive staff with various tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
