Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional
Social Media Marketing Manager
who is a creative storyteller and visionary. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with expertise in content creation, marketing strategies, editing, and customer relations. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, creating breathtaking content, and fostering a vibrant and engaged community. This role reports directly to the CEO, offering mentorship and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand values and business goals.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, posters, captions) for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Curate content that resonates with our sophisticated clientele and reflects the luxurious essence of the brand.
- Foster and manage an active online community, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and facilitating meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate with the spa team to highlight services, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Act as a liaison between prospects, clients, and the administrative department to ensure seamless communication.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
- Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and ensure timely delivery of all content.
- Provide monthly performance reports and insights to the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in content editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
