Summary
The Cost Specialist supports the costing activities within the Operations department. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimates for research projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies. This role works closely with Research teams and other Operations teams to support project planning, budgeting to ensure profitability.
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and plan and manage the costing based on strict timeline and budget. To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare costing for the Research team including preparing detailed cost estimates for research projects based on project parameters, review and validate cost estimates to ensure accuracy, completion and profitability.
- Complete the cost analysis by analyzing project requirements, including identifying potential cost-saving opportunities, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial guidelines and providing insights and recommendations to the Costing Manager for cost optimization.
- Identify and suggest improvements to the costing processes and tools, assist in developing and implementing standardized costing procedures, and deployment and integration of costing tools and process.
- Guide, and train the Research Teams on costing tool, costing processes, decisions and requirements to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience project management.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations side of Market Research
- Minimum of 1 years' experience using finance software and using MS Excel in analytic, finance and reporting.

Le ou la coordonnateur·rice marketing numérique est responsable de la planification, la mise en ligne, l'optimisation et l'analyse de base des campagnes publicitaires numériques, principalement en SMM et SEM, mais aussi sur toutes autres plateformes médias programmatiques.
L'individu a pour mandat de mettre en œuvre le plan média élaboré par ses collègues stratèges et planificateurs, en mettant l'accent sur la performance de l'ensemble des projets.
Animé·e par une approche data-driven, le ou la coordonnateur·rice optimise les stratégies, crée des synergies avec les équipes de contenu et de conseil, et contribue ainsi à améliorer la qualité du produit, dans l'intérêt des clients et de leur retour sur investissement.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Créer, gérer, et optimiser des campagnes de performance sur des plateformes variées (SMM, SEM, Paid Social, programmatique), en ajustant continuellement pour maximiser l'efficacité
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de contenu pour le design créatif et l'optimisation de la performance créative du contenu, renforçant l'impact des initiatives média
- Gérer les enchères et l'optimisation des publicités régulièrement pour assurer l'efficacité maximale des campagnes
- Suivre rigoureusement le budget des investissements médias pour une allocation efficace des ressources
- Élaborer et présenter des rapports de campagne détaillés, illustrant les succès selon les KPIs et les objectifs fixés
- Communiquer régulièrement avec son équipe pour partager les résultats, les insights acquis et garantir l'alignement continu des stratégies avec les objectifs d'affaires
- Évaluer la performance de campagnes en média payants et proposer des recommandations stratégiques
- Supporter l'équipe média et performance pour toute autre demande connexe
Qualifications
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de campagnes médias payantes
- Connaissance de base des plateformes publicitaires (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat) et SEM
- Connaissance de base des outils (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Connaissance et compréhension de marquages de sites Web pour le suivi des conversions
- Certifications Google et Facebook Blueprint valides, un atout
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)

Summary
The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for internal project management and report writing. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage multiple projects and analyze complex data sets, synthesize information, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Participate in client meetings to ensure comprehension of client needs.
Support in writing RFPs, questionnaire design, writing research reports, strategic recommendations and client presentation.
Create statistical analysis and reporting plans, conducting analysis of results.
Full cycle project management in collaboration with the operations team to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines, such as validating the questionnaire's test link, interviewer training, coordinating field implementation, follow-up and validation of the pre-test, daily project field monitoring, project follow-up and coordinating end of fieldwork stages.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Sociology, Psychology, Business or related field
Minimum 4 years' work experience in client facing/customer service roles
Minimum with 2 years' Market Research experience as a Market Research Analyst, preferably on supplier side research.
