Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media channels, creating content strategies, writing, and communicating effectively with the audience. The role involves overseeing social media marketing and promoting Kitu Kali's unique brand identity across our Social Media channels.
Qualifications
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Creativity and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage accounts payable, including supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment schedules.
· Handle petty cash and staff expense claims, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
· Maintain bank, Mpesa, and cashbook reconciliations and update daily cashflow plans.
· Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, Withholding Tax) and ensure compliance with KRA regulations.
· Maintain an accurate fixed asset registers and manage depreciation and prepayments.
· Support commission, overtime, and bonus processing for the retail team.
· Prepare finance schedules and documentation for audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· CPA (minimum Section 4) or equivalent qualification.
· At least 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in retail or FMCG.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
· Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
· Reliable, and ability to meet deadlines.
· Fast learner with a proactive,

attitude.
