Urgent requirement
1: Business Development Head – East Africa
Salary : 100 to 200 KSH.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (with regional travel across East Africa)
Reports to: Global CEO / Regional Managing Directo
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Strategy
Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for East Africa in alignment with InfyStrat's global vision.
Identify high-potential industry verticals (banking, telecom, government, healthcare, energy, etc.) for business growth.
Business Development & Sales
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Develop proposals, lead client presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Partnerships & Alliances
Build and manage relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and channel partners.
Establish strategic collaborations with government bodies, industry associations, and local enterprises.
Leadership & Team Building
Build and lead a high-performing local business development and account management team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
12+ years of experience in IT services / consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior business development leadership role in East Africa.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.
Strong network and relationships with CXOs across industries in East Africa.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of enterprise technology trends (Cloud, ERP, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.).
