We are seeking a
Digital Marketer
to lead the digital growth of the
Talentra platform
. This role is hands-on and central to scaling both sides of the marketplace:
- Employers
posting sponsorship-friendly jobs. - Candidates
actively seeking international opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Growth (B2B Marketing)
- Design and execute LinkedIn campaigns targeting recruiters, HR leaders, and global mobility specialists.
- Run targeted outreach to attract new employers willing to sponsor international hires.
- Build strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, and immigration consultants.
Candidate Growth (B2C Marketing)
- Drive SEO traffic for global sponsorship-related job searches.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) to increase candidate sign-ups.
- Produce engaging content (blogs, guides, video explainers, newsletters) that attract and retain jobseekers.
Brand & Content Strategy
- Develop and manage a cross-channel content calendar (social, blog, YouTube, email).
- Publish weekly
"Top Visa Sponsorship Jobs"
and country-specific job seeker guides. - Create high-quality video content (shorts, reels, tutorials, webinars) to showcase employer opportunities and candidate success stories.
Analytics & Conversion Optimization
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad dashboards.
- Continuously improve conversion funnels for employers (job postings) and candidates (registrations & applications).
- Deliver monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
- SEO & SEM Expertise
→ ability to grow organic traffic and optimize for sponsorship job searches. - Content Creation
→ strong copywriting skills for blogs, guides, email campaigns, and social posts. - Paid Ads Management
→ hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns. - Video Creation & Editing
→ ability to produce engaging content for YouTube, reels, and paid ads. - Email Marketing & Automation
→ experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar. - Social Media Growth
→ LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and community platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord). - Analytics & Data-Driven Execution
→ proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in
HR tech, job boards, or recruitment marketing
. - Knowledge of
visa sponsorship and global mobility trends
. - Basic graphic design (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop).
- Startup/scale-up experience with a growth hacker mindset.
