Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing sales processes, providing customer service, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management. Daily tasks will include communication with clients, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the agronomy team to promote IKAR's products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills with agronomic experience
- Proven experience in sales, sales management, and training
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with agricultural products and industry practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
