Job Purpose
- The Data Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust data quality frameworks, policies, and practices across the bank.
- This role ensures that data quality principles are implemented across the Bank which will enable support strategic data driven decision-making, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality Strategy and Implementation:
Assist data governance office in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive data quality strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity across the bank. This includes defining critical data elements, establishing data quality rules, and setting measurable quality targets.
Data Quality Monitoring And Reporting
- Design and deploy robust data quality monitoring mechanisms, including dashboards and reports, to track key data quality metrics (e.g., accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, validity, relevance, integrity) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Work with data governance office to establish and enforce data governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with internal data quality standards, external regulatory requirements (e.g., KDPA, FATCA, CRS etc.), and industry best practices.
- Participate in the development and enforcement of data ownership and stewardship models.
Data Quality Assessments And Reviews
Conduct regular data quality assessments and reviews to identify data defects, root causes, and potential risks. Develop and oversee remediation plans in collaboration with data owners and technical teams to resolve data quality issues promptly and effectively.
Data Cleansing And Enrichment Initiatives
Lead and manage data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment projects to improve the overall quality and usability of data assets with Bank stakeholders (data owners and data stewards). This involves working with data engineers as well and other technical teams to implement automated data quality processes and tools.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with various departments, including IT, business units, analytics, and legal, to foster a data quality-aware culture. Provide expert guidance and support on data quality best practices and solutions.
Training And Awareness
Develop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees across the organization on data quality principles, policies, and their roles in maintaining high data quality standards.
Tool And Technology Management
Evaluate, select, and implement data quality tools and software to automate data profiling, validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes. Stay abreast of emerging data quality technologies and methodologies.

Work Experience
- 5+ years in data management, data governance, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a data quality role.

Position Purpose
Grow business revenue by identifying specific opportunities for offering cash management solutions covering collections, e-payments and liquidity management products to customers in partnership with relationship management teams and banking services.
Own assigned products, manage them and the delivery of end-to-end allocated product objective including reporting financial and non-financial performance, enhancement of the products capabilities, future product strategies and oversight of risk and governance, implementation of the balance sheet strategy.
Grow new to bank revenue and improve product/market penetration over the assigned portfolio of clients. To strengthen relationships with clients by positioning extraordinary value-added products to their businesses based on their cash management solutions needs around collections, e-payments and liquidity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase market penetration and share of wallet for identified clients to complete working capital cycle for own portfolio of clients and ensure information is updated regularly and knowledge is applied in targeted sales activities.
- Partner with relationship teams in account planning for identified accounts and ensure account plans contain appropriate information on wallet opportunities and strategy for solutions.
- Identify opportunities for new/incremental business with bank clients and work with the relevant stakeholders to turn these opportunities into revenue for the bank.
- Reviewing cash management revenue lines movement and raising any income leakage noted with finance teams.
- Drive digitization to clients in the assigned portfolio.
- Manage CASA liquidity management through Cash management solutions offered.
- Understand the client's ecosystem in terms of cash management, to create opportunities with their anchors-buyers-suppliers to benefit from the business chain.
- Create and own a cash pipeline from initiation to revenue realization. Own client RFP piece in relation to cash management.
- Ensure overall attainment of all your cash management sales targets in portfolio measured by closed deals. Ensure fees are collected accurately.
- Oversee prospect qualification, customer calls/negotiation, solution presentations and solution-based proposals and implementation.
- Consistently promote the bank's channels and product capabilities.
- Frequently review client's satisfaction with solutions provided within the quarter as an after-sales service check to strengthen relationship and contentment.
- Own follow-up with implementation team for all customers who need integration and/or training-based solutions in the best interest of the customer and the bank.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the bank's comprehensive integrated channels capabilities and their application to client needs and use this knowledge in structuring solutions.
- Establish a strategy that drives customer-centric view into Transaction banking with activities including but not limited to focus groups, customer surveys and voice of the customer.
- Identify and mitigate operational, regulatory and business conduct risks relating to cash management.
- Responsible for identifying and reporting potential and actual Money Laundering Risk, including suspicious transactions in accordance with the laid down AML/CFT policies & procedures.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics or any other business-related degree.
- Master's degree in business is an added advantage.
- At least 7 years' experience in banking.
- More than 5 years in cash management products covering e-payments, collections and liquidity management.
- Proven knowledge of all Transaction Banking products

Job Purpose
- The job holder is responsible for providing Level 1 (L1) technical, functional and timely support of Endpoints & Mobility across I&M Bank, for continuous business operations, and ensuring compliance.
- Emphasis is on first stage resolution not requiring technical and functional issues in liaison with L2 Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate Support to VIP Staff in a quick & professional manner.
- Provide Level 1 (L1) support to users of Endpoint & Mobility Infrastructure as per SLA guidelines.
- Proactively monitor and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution as per SLA guidelines.
- Ensure deployed Endpoint & Mobility Infrastructure is fit for purpose eg. Desktop & Laptops Computing devices, ATMs, CDM's, Branch QMS, Digital Signage & Forex Screens, Multi-Functional Printers, CCTV, Branch UPS etc.
- Basic knowledge and proficiency in OEM/Vendor applications for the effecting delivery of services to the I&M Bank group eg ITIL and Monitoring applications –Manage Engine, SolarWinds, Vynamic ATM Monitoring and Security, among (KE) end user application services.
- Support all ICT initiated & Business projects and related initiatives.
- Support Business Continuity Planning / Disaster Recovery related activities.
- Using available tools, regularly maintain the automation of inventory (hardware, software, system updates).
- Preparation & automation of reports from Endpoint & Mobility vendor systems as required.
- Provide technical input as a subject matter expert for new deployments of Endpoints and branch ICT services in line with the business specifications.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies/ Publication.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Work Experience Required
- Over One (1) year of relevant experience in a similar organization.
