Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Executive located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with corporate clients, creating sales strategies, and managing sales accounts. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, meeting with clients, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve creating reports and analyzing market trends to drive business growth.

Purpose of the Role:
- Drive revenue growth for Harmony Solutions Limited.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire potential sales leads through calls and emails.
- Follow up on leads and provide information on courses and services.
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, quotations, and prequalification documents.
- Submit regular activity reports, including daily call summaries, weekly plans, and monthly analyses.
- Manage and respond to messages across email and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), delegating tasks as necessary.
- Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and manage customer requests.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate and verified information.
- Convert inbound inquiries into sales through professional call handling.
- Conduct client or market surveys to gather insights about potential customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through advertisements via calls or written communication.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, accounts, and orders.
- Assist in class preparations and ensure the timely delivery of certificates to clients.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and typing.
- Support errands and miscellaneous tasks as required to facilitate operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field, OR a Higher National Diploma in an equivalent discipline.
- Recent graduates or those awaiting graduation are encouraged to apply.
