Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and providing personalized consultations. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.

- Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Communication and Presentation skills
- Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Understanding of Real Estate Market Trends and Property Valuation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
