(extended warranties). We're seeking a
Product Manager
to own strategy, roadmap, and execution—delivering solutions that meet user needs, support business growth, and set new benchmarks in our market.
What you'll do
- Define and manage the
product roadmap
, aligning with business strategy. - Translate goals and user insights into
product requirements and user stories
. - Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver impactful features on time.
- Prioritize backlog items using
business value, feasibility, and customer needs
. - Track adoption, usage, retention, and other success metrics; drive iteration.
- Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to inform opportunities. - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support to drive adoption.
- Ensure
compliance
with regulations and data-protection standards. - Lead product ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare documentation, release notes, and coordinate launches.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field;
Master's a plus
. - 3–5 years' experience
in product management (software, fintech, or automotive tech preferred). - Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
, analytics tools, and software development. - Strong
communication, prioritization, and problem-solving
skills. - Proven ability to
translate strategy into execution
and measurable results.

Projects Officer
to help us deliver impactful, compliant, and sustainable developments.
About the Role
As
Projects Officer
, you'll support the Facilities Manager to plan, deliver, and close capital works, refurbishments, fit-outs, lifecycle replacements, and asset upgrades. Your focus will be ensuring every project meets best-practice standards in scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, safety, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do
- Plan, track, and control projects with precision — from WBS and baseline schedules to budgets and risk registers.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams while leading site meetings and progress reviews.
- Enforce rigorous QA/QC, safety, and compliance standards, ensuring all statutory approvals (NCA, DOSHS/OSHA, NEMA, EPRA, Nairobi County) are secured.
- Drive value for money through smart procurement, cost control, and technical oversight.
- Deliver sustainability outcomes, from energy efficiency initiatives to waste reduction projects.
- Maintain seamless communication with tenants, landlords, and internal teams to minimise disruption and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination/delivery within property, facilities, or real estate.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Kenyan regulatory frameworks (NCA, OSHA/DOSHS, Fire Risk Reduction Rules, NEMA, EPRA).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, IOSH/NEBOSH, or energy/sustainability credentials (preferred).
- Valid driving licence with flexibility to travel across multiple sites.

- Projects delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Zero reportable incidents and 100% compliance with statutory requirements.
- Stakeholder satisfaction targets consistently achieved.
- Measurable sustainability and energy-saving impacts.
