About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Private English Teacher to provide personalized homeschooling support for a young learner. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of teaching experience in English and a strong background in early life development. The teacher will be responsible for creating a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment tailored to the student’s individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver customized English lessons aligned with early learning milestones.
• Develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through interactive and age-appropriate methods.
• Create and adapt learning materials to suit the student’s pace and learning style.
• Monitor progress closely and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians.
• Incorporate creativity, storytelling, and play-based learning to foster curiosity and confidence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to support both academic and personal growth.
• Maintain a flexible teaching approach while ensuring consistency and discipline in learning.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching English, preferably with young learners.
• Experience in homeschooling or private tutoring is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of child development and effective teaching strategies for early learners.
• Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
• Ability to use modern learning resources and tools (digital and non-digital).
