About the Role
Join our rapidly expanding network of schools as Head of People. You'll build scalable people processes for our current team of ~500 people across multiple locations as we grow to 4+ schools. This is a hands-on role where you'll leverage technology and AI to work smarter while keeping our team lean.

Key Responsibilities
Talent & Leadership

• Lead recruitment for critical roles using our ATS with candidate matching (Empathix)
• Build leadership capability at principal/school head level through coaching programs
• Design onboarding processes and manage organizational design aligned with budget and strategy

Employee Experience

• Handle day-to-day employee relations across multiple school locations
• Implement performance management, 360-feedback systems, and engagement surveys

Join our global team as an online
teacher for A2 Economics (within the A-level pathway)
and immerse yourself in a premium teaching environment. This is a full-time position, based in the U.S. The role is currently fully remote but may require occasional in-person meetings and events in the future.

Sales

• Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
• Identifying and interacting with new potential Crimson customers
• Establishing rapport with parents and their students to communicate and showcase the benefits of working with Crimson Education above and beyond our competitors
• Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments professionally and which aligns with the Crimson brand and culture
• Presenting and promoting Crimson products as per the company's sales process to prospective families
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships that lead to positive experiences and referrals
• Consistent and timely onboarding of new clients to the Student Success Manager team
• Contacting existing clients to inform and upsell them on new developments within Crimson's product offering.
• Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Continuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledge
• Hosting or attending some sales oriented marketing events (mostly online) when necessary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in sales or business or an education-oriented field, and/or equivalent job experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the education space

As a US University Application Essay Mentor, you'll be working with students in an hourly-based compensation role to A) support them in writing their US university application essays, including the Common App Essay, Coalition Essay, and/or all accompanying supplemental and scholarship essays as needed; and B) to prepare them for college interviews if/when these opportunities arise.

We have an exercise you will complete that closely mirrors how the former will work.

Your Responsibilities Within This Role Will Include

• Brainstorming and editing the student's personal statements for all applications (to the Common App, to the University of California system, etc.)
• Brainstorming and editing all written work/supplementary essays that accompany the larger applications enumerated above to ensure that they have completed all components of the college application to the universities assigned to you for each student
• Preparing students for interviews

What We're Looking For
You are a graduate of a top 30 undergraduate or graduate program in the U.S., a professional educator, or a professional writer. Proficiency in multiple languages and teaching experience, especially with students who have significant ESL (English as a second language) and/or special education needs, is a plus.

You Are An Excellent Communicator
This job requires the capacity to communicate with students and Crimson employees with clarity, professionalism, and kindness. You will be expected to be responsive to all communications within 24 hours, including on weekends, and you will be compensated for these additional hours.

You Are Organized
This position requires organization and keeping track of the essay drafts and case details of 10-20 students, though our platform greatly helps with this. Competency in the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) is strongly encouraged.

You Are Adaptable
The heart of our program is the extremely hands-on support we provide to our students; the nature of this work requires that you are very comfortable with managing unexpected situations. You must be the type of person who thrives in dynamic environments that call for flexibility and collaborative proactivity.

You Have Excellent Essay Editing Skills
The most important task of this job is mentoring students in their essay writing. We look for Applications Essay Mentors who have:

Position Overview
Blue Ocean is a new service within the Crimson suite, designed to prioritize the development of executive function and leadership skills that drive academic, extracurricular, and personal success. The program also prepares students to engage more effectively with other Crimson services—ranging from research and test prep to competitions and extracurricular capstones.

We're seeking experienced coaches to help high-achieving students (grades 8-10) develop essential leadership and executive function skills, aligned with the MIT Human Skills Matrix. The ideal candidate will deliver structured coaching that builds practical capabilities valued by top colleges and future employers, while tracking concrete progress via weekly tasks and milestone projects.

Senior EF Coach is a
flexible, contract/hourly position.
Key Responsibilities

• Structure and deliver weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, focused on practical skill development across self-management, interaction, thinking, and leadership
• Assess students' needs across 18 key skill areas (initial assessment provided), and design 10, 20, or 30-week development plans targeting 3–5 skills per 10-week cycle
• Track student progress using weekly tasks, milestone projects, and periodic assessments
• Use provided resources as desired, and remain adaptable as new practices and tools are introduced across the service
• Coordinate with the Execution Mentor (task execution and accountability), Strategist (academic and extracurricular strategy), and Student Success Manager (parent-facing progress updates) as needed
• Support students in building habits for long-term academic and professional success

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues specific to educational workflows, such as Class Notebook synchronization problems, Canvas LTI integration errors, and recording database issues

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

• 1-3 years in IT support or systems administration, with preference for remote, multi-platform environments

Technical Expertise

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills (Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive)
