Role Description
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. This is a full-time on-site role with the opportunity to build and own the sales function from the ground up in the fast-growing medical aesthetics and healthcare sector.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of high-quality medical products and devices used by aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons. This is a highly entrepreneurial role requiring a self-driven, execution-focused professional who can establish client networks, close deals, and lay the foundation for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the sales department from scratch, including processes, client pipelines, and reporting structures.
- Actively prospect and secure new business with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct product presentations, device demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Personally drive revenue growth and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key medical professionals and decision-makers.
- Provide market feedback and insights to shape product positioning and strategy.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client support.
- Mentor and lead future sales hires, establishing a performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in medical sales, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or related healthcare sectors.
- Previous sales experience in the aesthetics industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficient knowledge of aesthetic products, treatments, and medical devices is a big plus.
- Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close with medical professionals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take full ownership of a newly created role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a professional presence.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and training for medical devices is an advantage.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track market trends and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing regulatory submissions, and staying up-to-date with regulatory affairs. The Specialist will also liaise with different departments to ensure all regulatory documentation is accurate and meets relevant standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with Regulatory Documentation and Regulatory Submissions
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, and Regulatory Affairs
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Chemistry
- At least 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field
- Proficiency with regulatory software and data management systems
- Fluency in English and Swahili would be an advantage
