Core Responsibilities
- Daily Management of Multiple Warehouses
: Be responsible for the daily supervision of store warehouses, distributor warehouses, and the Nairobi central warehouse, including personnel training and operational assessment. Supervise and guide the operation of the Nairobi central warehouse to ensure the compliance and efficient operation of each warehouse. - Full - chain Delivery Management
: Lead the full - chain delivery process from the Nairobi central warehouse to store warehouses and distributor warehouses, covering aspects such as demand assessment, order initiation, picking, distribution, receipt signing, and system recording. Ensure the timely delivery of goods and the safety of inventory. - Full - process Warehouse Control
: Assist the department head in promoting the preparation work of store warehouses, overall manage the whole process of receiving goods, shipping, storage, returns, and inventory checking. Coordinate the plans of store warehouses and distributor warehouses, strictly control inventory, and implement the restricted stock - up policy. - Inventory Checking and Report Compilation
: Develop and implement the inventory checking plans for each warehouse, accurately compile the inventory checking result reports to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of inventory data. - Handling of Defective Goods
: Specifically coordinate the management of defective goods in store warehouses, establish a closed - loop management mechanism, and effectively reduce inventory losses. - System and Collaboration Optimization
: Establish and continuously optimize the warehouse management system to meet the needs of receiving, shipping, and inventory management. Coordinate the receiving and shipping docking work among the Nairobi central warehouse, store warehouses, and all parties to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.
Job Requirements
- Have 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in warehousing and logistics, and those with warehousing management experience in competing companies are preferred.
- Be familiar with the whole process of warehouse operations, master core skills such as inventory control and inventory checking management, and be proficient in using the warehouse management system.
- Possess strong communication and coordination skills, problem - solving abilities, and be able to efficiently handle cross - departmental and cross - regional collaboration matters.
- Be adaptable to the local working environment in Kenya, have strong stress resistance, and possess good sense of responsibility and execution ability.

2、Responsible for exploring marketing in the local markets.

5、Project Oversight: Lead photovoltaic projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.

7、Negotiation and Contracts: Skillfully negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1、3-5 years of experience with Sales, ideally in solar fields.
2、Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
3、Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
4、Proven experience in customer management, with a focus on the photovoltaic or renewable energy industry.

1. Regional Collection Management
:
o Collaborate with the PVSTAR regional manager to oversee collection activities in the assigned area, ensuring collection progress aligns with targets.
o Take full responsibility for the overall collection progress in the designated region.
2. Key Collection Execution
:
o Efficiently execute instructions from the Nairobi Operations Center for priority collection tasks in the region, including:
§ Conducting field visits to households with delayed payments.
§ Recovering and reselling products from households with severely overdue payments.
o Provide timely progress reports to ensure transparency and prompt feedback.
3. Team Management and Training
:
o Manage and train collection agents and sales agents in the region to ensure efficient collection operations.
o Provide necessary support and guidance to help the team achieve collection targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
:
o Regularly visit households using PVSTAR solar home systems to maintain good relationships with customers.
o Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
5. Dealer and Agent Management
:
o Conduct background checks on dealers and sales agents in the region, including visiting their addresses to verify details.
o Establish and maintain good relationships with local chiefs to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
1. Basic Tools
:
o Must have basic work tools, including a motorcycle and smartphone.
2. Industry Experience
:
o Prior experience in collections for off-grid solar home systems is preferred.
3. Local Preference
:
o Candidates from Migori, Homa Bay, Kakamega, Siaya, Bungoma, and Kilifi are preferred.
4. Resource Advantage
:
o Existing relationships with local collection agents are an advantage.
