Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Sales Representative
to promote and sell Bigshop Kenya products directly to customers. This role is commission-based, providing flexible working hours and the opportunity to earn on a weekly basis based on sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of generating and converting leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to sell Bigshop Kenya products.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Present product features and benefits effectively to customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and trends to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools is a plus.
