Job Description
Position Summary;
The Supplier Intelligence Analyst will report to the Manager, Supplier Intelligence. The Supplier Intelligence Analyst will support the Supplier Intelligence team in obtaining, validation and management of declarations and other important information for suppliers, with the intention to make a strategic impact to the overall success of our customers programs.
Key Requirements And Responsibilities
Working on proactive supplier initiatives that will:
Reduce supplier support tickets and supplier frustrations through understanding our suppliers data ;
- Better leverage and share compliance documentation/supplier information;
Increase response rates for our clients through analyzing our suppliers data
Source compliance documentation for various regulations from internal and external sources;
- Source suppliers' contact information and other details as necessary that will improve the overall engagement with our supply chain;
- Review and validate compliance data submitted by suppliers according to a list of Declaration acceptance criteria. Accepting or rejecting the documentation provided;
- Upload compliance documentation and supplier information to Assent database
- Research, validate and update suppliers information and compliance data provided across different internal systems;
- Handle ticket responses from Lighthouse suppliers, with assistance from Supplier Intelligence Leads and Manager, Supplier Intelligence;
- Work closely with Program Success to find and execute the best strategy to meet Client's expectations and follow the standard processes for the Supplier Intelligence team;
- Keep up to date with new regulations and changes in Assent's products to become an expert in your field
- Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent Compliance.

Qualifications

- Computer proficiency using MS Office Suite and Google Applications with focus on MS Excel and G Sheets;
- Great verbal and written communication skills, primarily in English, however proficiency in additional languages is required for certain supplier groups;
- Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma from a recognized learning institution;
- 1-2 years related work experience (eg. administration, reporting, research & data, supplier deliverables);
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of standard regulations and non standard regulations, understanding basic best practices on intelligence puzzles;
- Solid Excel and data management and analysis skills;
- Self-starter, excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to assigned deadlines;
- Solutions-first attitude, self-motivated to proactively engage with our suppliers through multiple channels;
- Builds productive and stable working relationships internally and externally in the interest of supporting our supplier's needs;

Job Description
The Associate Data Analyst, Sourcing plays a key supporting role in the development and maintenance of web scrapers used to collect structured and unstructured data from a variety of online sources. Working under the guidance of more senior team members, this role helps enable the automation of data collection critical to Assent's global regulatory and supply chain compliance efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically curious individual to grow their skills in web scraping, data automation, and compliance intelligence within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web scrapers used to automate the collection of structured and unstructured compliance data from public websites, government registries, and regulatory databases.
- Support the implementation of data extraction solutions by following established patterns and best practices using tools like Scrapy, Selenium, and BeautifulSoup, under guidance from more senior team members.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code to support the development of automation pipelines, with a focus on learning scalable and resilient coding practices.
- Contribute to the on-time delivery of assigned tasks within broader scraping projects, ensuring high quality and reliability in collaboration with peers and leads.
- Keep up to date with regulatory and product changes at Assent, and actively apply this knowledge to help refine data scraping efforts and stay aligned with business goals.
- Follow defined coding standards and security protocols, and assist in applying data integrity practices across the scraping process under supervision.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and compliance analysts to understand data requirements, support data integration efforts, and resolve basic scraping challenges.
- Work with senior developers to identify and address technical blockers, such as dynamic content or anti-bot protections, using guided approaches and established tools (e.g., proxies, headless browsers).
- Contribute to documentation and internal tooling improvements by logging scraper behavior, maintaining code repositories, and supporting process consistency across the team.
- Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in areas such as research and data, scripting, coding.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Job Description
The Data Intelligence Analyst will have a wide range of duties, all of which are in the spirit of ensuring efficient data ingestion and comprehensive analysis, to make a strategic impact on the overall success of our customers' programs. The Analyst will play an integral role in managing client data in the Assent Platform.
- Perform validation checks on customer data. Responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and accuracy of Data and providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Ingest customer data through uploads and updates using internal tools.
- Proactively communicate data issues and findings with Assent stakeholders.
- Perform basic data analysis on client data requests; conduct data investigation on standard and standard plus data discrepancies and provide a report of findings to the relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with transformation, and adaptation of data to meet best practices;
- Design innovative solutions that align with business objectives, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
- Execute data preparation activities for the Data Intelligence team, including but not limited to pre-ingestion activities.
- Work with the Data Intelligence Specialists and Leads to fulfill team objectives and assist with team projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions while adhering to project timelines.
- Keep up to date with new regulations and changes in Assent's products to become an expert in your field.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and data integrity requirements.
- Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by the processes and procedures of Assent.
