Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Anka Community Member. The Community Member will engage in organizing/ coordinating and attending community events, creating/ sharing digital content, connecting with other youth members, and driving initiatives that focus on sustainable development solutions. Day-to-day tasks include online and offline community engagement, collaborating on community projects, and contributing to the organization's outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience with organizing or coordinating community events and projects is desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about youth development and sustainable development solutions
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proactive and driven mindset
- Ability to participate and engage actively with other members

The volunteer will collaborate with team members to drive impactful solutions through ANKA's initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience in research, report writing and community outreach
- Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation, data collection and KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for sustainable development and youth empowerment
- Experience in volunteering or working for a non-profit or community-based organizations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is beneficial
