Role Summary
The Certified Canva Video Editor will be responsible for end-to-end video production, from concept refinement to final delivery. This is a hands-on production role requiring expertise in using Canva's advanced editing capabilities, including its AI and Pro features, to produce high-volume, on-brand content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production & Editing:
Manipulate and edit raw footage (film pieces, screencasts, and stock content) to create a cohesive narrative, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running, and that all edits are invisible to the audience.
- Canva Mastery:
Utilize advanced features within Canva Pro, including beat detection, smart trim, background removal, and audio enhancement, to optimize video quality and integrate seamlessly into professional templates.
- Content Generation:
Develop engaging visual content by merging video editing and graphic design skills to produce high-quality multimedia assets.
- Branding & Compliance:
Ensure all video output adheres strictly to brand guidelines, style guides, and project objectives, utilizing Canva's features for file formats and template management.
- Media Integration:
Input music, dialogue, motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects using Canva's proprietary tools and expansive library to elevate content.
- Workflow Efficiency:
Take a production brief and review raw material to create a shot decision list based on continuity and scene value, ensuring efficient time management in the editing process.
- Accessibility & Output:
Implement and enable captions on videos to improve accessibility for all viewers. Export and share videos quickly and correctly for different social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiency
Proven expertise in Canva's video editor, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Certification
Official certification or advanced training in Canva, showcasing a mastery of its full feature set (Pro and AI tools).
Creativity & Design
Exceptional creativity, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver visually appealing, on-brand designs.
Video Editing Fundamentals
Solid understanding of basic video editing principles (trimming, sequencing, pace, and continuity).
Workflow

Role Summary
As a WordPress, Elementor, & WooCommerce Developer, you will lead the development and maintenance of complex, enterprise-grade web solutions. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Elementor's flexible framework and Theme Builder capabilities to create pixel-perfect, highly performant sites, coupled with advanced WooCommerce implementations for seamless digital commerce. You will be instrumental in integrating third-party systems, ensuring site security, and driving front-end and back-end optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Development & Architecture:
Lead the full lifecycle development of WordPress and WooCommerce sites, collaborating closely with UI/UX and design teams to translate complex visual designs into scalable, functional themes and templates.
- Advanced Elementor & Customization:
Utilize deep expertise in Elementor Pro and Theme Builder to develop custom headers, footers, archives, and dynamic content elements without reliance on bloated plugins.
- WooCommerce Specialization:
Implement advanced eCommerce features, including custom product filtering, complex cart and checkout logic, bespoke payment gateway integrations, and post-purchase workflow automation.
- API & System Integration:
Architect and execute seamless integration of third-party systems (such as CRMs, ERPs, or custom analytics platforms) using the native WordPress REST API, minimizing the use of outdated or inefficient plugins.
- Performance and Optimization:
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize database queries (MySQL), and ensure lightning-fast site performance, security (OWASP top-10 awareness), and full compliance with Core Web Vitals standards.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging:
Expertly troubleshoot complex issues, including theme/plugin conflicts, database connectivity problems, and core updates, providing proactive solutions before impact reaches the customer base.
- Compliance & Usability:
Implement mobile-responsive layouts and ensure all developed components meet modern accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).
- Agile Collaboration:
Participate actively in agile workflows, including sprint estimation and daily stand-ups, and produce clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Loom videos to empower non-technical team members to manage content independently.
Required Technical Skills and Qualifications
Experience Level
Minimum 3+ years of professional, enterprise-grade WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce development experience.
Core Languages
Expert proficiency in PHP 8+, HTML5/CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and MySQL.
WordPress Expertise
Deep working knowledge of WordPress Core, database management, custom post types (CPTs), and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
eCommerce Stack
Mastery of the WooCommerce plugin and extensions, including custom development of cart logic and payment/shipping integrations.
Development Tools
Proficiency in version control using
Git
(add, commit, push, pull) for collaboration and managing code branches. Experience with Composer and WP-CLI is a strong plus.
Security & Optimization
Practical experience implementing security best practices and debugging code efficiently using browser developer tools and console logging.
