Job Description
The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs to ensure the organization operates within approved budgets and achieves maximum profitability. This role involves preparing cost reports, conducting variance analyses, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting operational teams in optimizing cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Monitoring & Control
- Track, analyze, and control operational and departmental costs.
- Ensure all costs are allocated correctly and align with company policies.
- Monitor procurement, inventory, and project costs to avoid overruns.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor budget variances and provide explanations with actionable recommendations.
- Support department heads in understanding and managing their budgets.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, financial analysis, and cost summaries.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Internal Controls & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Review and validate supplier invoices, purchase requests, and expense claims.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors on cost-related matters.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to optimize cost efficiency.
- Provide management with insights to support decision-making.
- Advise on cost implications of new projects, contracts, and invest
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years' experience in cost control, financial analysis, or management accounting in hospitality.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and qualified Executive Driver to provide dedicated transportation services to our Country Manager. This is a confidential and trusted role that requires discipline, discretion, and the ability to interact with top-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe, timely, and discreet transportation of the Country Manager to all official and personal engagements.
- Demonstrate unwavering adherence to all applicable traffic regulations and road safety standards.
- Maintain the vehicle in impeccable condition through regular cleaning, inspection, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate scheduled servicing and provide timely reports on vehicle usage and condition.
- Exercise the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the Country Manager's movements and activities.
- Consistently present a polished and professional image, adhering to a formal dress code appropriate for high-level representation.
- Collaborate closely with the executive office to effectively support itinerary planning and daily logistical requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- At least 5 years of experience in private or executive driving
- Previous experience with senior leadership is a strong advantage.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of navigation tools (GPS, maps, mobile apps, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed Personal Attributes.
