Patient Coordinator
who thrives on building relationships, driving new patient leads, and closing consultations with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for a polished, socially connected professional who can cultivate new patient relationships, guide them with warmth and discretion, and contribute to the growth of a high-end aesthetic brand.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and attract new patients through your personal network, social media presence, and innovative marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow our practice's social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales plans tailored to a premium cosmetic practice.
- Oversee aspects of website management and backend optimization (an advantage).
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate support while effectively guiding them through the consultation and scheduling process.
- Balance warmth and professionalism to build trust while achieving sales targets.

Ideal Profile
What We're Looking For
- Strong personal brand and active following on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, with an understanding of subtle yet effective patient acquisition strategies.
- Outgoing, personable, and relatable—able to put patients at ease while confidently guiding them toward booking procedures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create, pitch, and execute a marketing/sales plan.
- A wide social network and ability to leverage personal connections to drive patient leads.
- Young, energetic, and highly motivated to grow with a fast-paced, dynamic practice.
- Experience managing the backend of websites or digital campaigns is a plus.
